Quality Policy

Audience

  • All employees, contractors and third parties (normal users and privileged users)

Purpose

The purpose of the Quality Policy is to set the direction for ensuring the quality of the products and services provided by Digital Frontier Partners (DFP).

Scope

  • Stakeholders: All employees, contractors and third parties (normal users and privileged users)
  • Products & Services: DFP Advisory, Enterprise AI and Cybersecurity Delivery
  • Data: All corporate and customer data
  • Technology: All management systems, customer-facing systems and underlying infrastructure
  • Location: All business locations and technology locations (e.g., data centre, cloud)

Control & Enablement Objectives

  1. Enabler: To show leadership commitment to quality,
  2. Enabler: To ensure stakeholders continuously improve outcomes of the business products and services,
  3. Control: To give stakeholders direction on implementing the policy, and
  4. Control: To make stakeholders aware of the quality objectives.

Quality Objectives

For DFP, the Quality Objectives are as follows:

  • Fitness for use: Ensuring that DFP’s products and services are fit for purpose and that the customer’s use of them will not impact their business objectives.
  • Customer satisfaction: Understanding customers’ current and future requirements and delivering products and services that meet their state requirements and business objectives.
  • Doing things right the first time: Ensuring that DFP’s processes are continuously improved using a plan, do, check, act cycle to ensure minimal or no rework.
  • Zero defects: Ensuring DFP’s products and services are quality assured to ensure that there are no defects that harm the customer and their business objectives.

Policy Statements

  1. All stakeholders must follow this policy and related policies to contribute to achieving quality objectives and enhancing the value of products and services for customers.
  2. All stakeholders must take timely and appropriate action to ensure their responsibilities related to quality are met.
  3. All stakeholders must adopt a risk-based approach to quality management to ensure that all business-related risks to the quality of its products and services are managed consistently and effectively. Risks must be reduced as far as is reasonably practicable.
  4. All stakeholders must protect and continuously improve the quality of their products and services:
    1. prevent dissatisfaction in customers or loss to customers, and
    2. to enable the business to maximise the use of its products and services and add value.
  5. All stakeholders must comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. All stakeholders must use or apply approved procedures to reduce or eliminate defects and related rework.
  7. There are no exemptions from this policy.
  8. This policy will be enforced by the COO.
